Where is the optioon of updating Satellites.xml, and CCcam 2.13 + Newxs 1.67 ?

Hello All

I have installed Nabilosat BH 0.12. I am facing 2 problems
1.) I am not getting the option in this image to create or update satellies.xml file (I want to update via Image not FTP)
2.) CCcam 2.1.3 + Newcs 1.67 is also not available so how to run Newcs 1.67 + CCcam 2.13 both ( last is Newcs 1.67 + CCcam 2.1.2)

1: u have to update via ftp there are no update in addons
2:install Newcs 1.67 + CCcam 2.1.2
and update to 2.1.3 via ftp
