What pictures can be displayed on DM500S

HI all!
I have succesfully made Ngrab and CIFS working so now I can record to my pc, and see what I recorded back on my DM500S with only a few touch on my DM remote. Also the mp3 works. Me happy!

My question is that I want to see pictures as well. Mostly I have .JPEG taken with my camera.
I find them with my dreambox but can´t watch them.
A window saying "preparing slide" pops up but nothing shows.

What does DM support? gif, bmp? Tried them all.

Do I need a plugin?

Where can i find this?

I have DM500s and nabilosat0.8

It strongly depends on your firmware.
I have ever had problems to display jpgs correctly, but
after the last upgrade the gemini project 4.5 it works
pretty well w/o any extra plugin.

Are you tried vlcf plugin ?

you can use it with enigma web interface to view from your PC to your TV via DMxxxx.
