what movie format that i can play on dm 7020hd

i have downloded some movies from some internet sites and but it in a harddisk with usb connection and conected it to dreambox

some movie format works well and some others does not work at all

so what format can i play on harddisk

i donot have that problem with the vu+ duo - all format on the hard are played with the vu+

so is there a plugin for dreambox to play all the movie form
