Hello everyone
Confused when the user is registering in the new forum, Vsiqubl messages from the administration because he did not participate the new topics, at the same time when you think to start writing a new topic that you will find it redundant and Posting in new topics and actors is not easy.

You are only not allowed to start threads in forum where files are supposed to be because you don't have upload permissions. You can start it in any other forum.
And only takes 1 post to stop being a zero poster.
