weak signal for chanal select kino with DM800

I have weak signal for chanal select kino with DM 800, i change LNB and i try to get good signal but no possible.
My location Belgium and for another chanal in Astra 23.5 i haven't any problem.
Maybe some advice

Do you see the other channels on that beam? Nova cinema etc?

If so make sure you using the correct channel details FEC etc

I have every chanal in Astra 23.5 except with this ferucanse 11635/28500!!!!
with DM 800
SNR 2%
AGC 55%
And what is that number you write

Kino is showing as been on 11992 H!

Select Kino is @ 11635v and it is DVB-S2 (QPSK)!

I think this is another prob due to delicate or shall I say shitty tuner of DM800(0), so it has nothing to do with your location!
Check if your box recognizes this transponder really as a DVBS2 transponder! If not, make a manual scan of this transponder by choosing DVBS2 and QPSK, FEC 9/10, network scan YES. Then the channels should be found.

How is with other freq there.F.Exp:11675 V 28500 or 11595 H 28500 or 12565 V 27500...

Just i have signal for this freq 12565 V 27500,for others nothing!

Very strange a tuner not been seated correctly caused this problem on just one channel/frequency!

I find the problem, was from tuner !!!!
In flash i installed oozoon and with Baryallen i have nabilo12
I test every thing ,was okay
In last i open tuner and again i put it back very carefully.
Now i have every chanall

Strange this problem and re-seating the tuner cures it!

Have you tried removing the tuner and cleaning its contacts! Make sure the fit on the back panel is ok and not tight enough it is causing tuner to lift.

Still find it odd this effect just on channel.

YES for me was very strange why just that chanals!!
but after yesterday i cleaned connect tuner to motherboard then i tried to good fix support behind DM to tight,now is okay !!
and i have not any problem with this chanal any more , i hope stay like this.
