Vu+SoloCloneBlackholeFerrariv2 TSpanel problem

i have vu solo clone with blackhole ferrari 2.0.8 v2...
i have try to install ts panel but have this error : cannot install...
i have download the tspanel from internet and i put to /tmp i have install and all ok.. after that i go to softcams to install one cam.. but if choose ccam or mgcamd say cannot install again...

Use the included ferrari addons manager from the plugin menu.Or install your cams manually.

no need to install ts panel there is ferrari addons or else do as ferret said

be carefull cause i installed ts panel and changed my skin and i now get green screen on boot up now. Cant get out of it
