vu solo problem

Hi
I try to load pli 3 image on my vu solo v3.0,after this i have black screen.
i connect serial cable and with hyperterminal i log this

Late in Auguast, vuplus company have provide drivers with anticlone meters where all image teams have include them to their images
Try to find an image before 20th of Augaust

I try many image from their site (www.vuplus....)with no success.
Also i try to upgrade from v3.0 to v3.2 with V3.0 upd_vu62 but receiver don't responce.

others had the same problem and flashed blackhole 2.0.4 USB and it was ok afterwards,then don't go above that image if it works

Just for clarification on the Blackhole images using up to revision 2.0.5 is OK for clones anything above will result in a non booting receiver due to as said later drivers

Not sure if I can place here?? But I'm runnung 2.06 patch that I got from another site. Works great maybe worth a try.

Are there commands for hyperterminal ;

I think that your vu clone haven't kernell 3.1.1.. There is an upgrade procedure but I can't help you.

Solo can't read firmware from USB

after updating BH205 to BH206 my VUsolo it can't read any more my USB having any other firmware,not even booting the current image.
Help appreciated

on the flash what you have? try to make the 2.0.7 then make it on usb after that you can update the image from it self on line be sure the the usv is good try abother one once this happens to me i changed the usb and it works normal

Thanks for the reply.here is the problem on my vu solo original. It was running ok on BH 205 which I updated online.now I insert the USB as usual to put the image BH. 207 into the box.the receiver doesn't read the USB just a quick red flash then it turns green and nothing happens.even the previous image can't boot. The screen stays black!!
I tried 2 subs which flashed normally before.
There is no nfi image for vu solo that I can transfer via Optiflaher or other tool.but if can use USB it should be better.

USB changed all ok

All ok after USB changed.the vu solo doesn't seem to read the new technology ones.I was happy to see my vu recover light and life.
