VU+Duo what next

Hi All Just bought a vu+duo have managed to get BH Image on setting up using a Technomate 5200 will get there eventually to save the sat frequencies. Where do I go next. example CCcam,
what card, Cam, softcam what. Very intelligent box but very complicated starting to do my head in. Searching the forum but going round in circles. HELP PLEASE

you have all packages..just choose the needed, with ftp sent it to the box & when: menu,software manager,loccal extension & install
