VU Duo Not Clearing 19.2 East

I can view 19.2E, but only when I set my VU Duo to record two different channels on 19.2E. But if I stop one recording, then I can view channels as normal....But if I stop both recording and send the dish to 1 West, then send it back to 19.2 East....It won't clear...Is it to do with the 2 tuners ?
Have I set it up incorrectly ?

I hope I have explained myself,

i would say you have set the tunner up incorectly, set your main dish as tunner A

I thought I had....I have LNB1 to the motorised dish and LNB2 to a fixed on 28.2 East.....Can you explain in more detail how I would set this up.......Sorry for being a pain.

set lnb 1 to A tunner and your fixed dish on 28 east to B tuner that should sort it out i have the same setup as you but need to run some cable from my 7020 to my vu which is fixed on 28 east.

Hi mate

In that menu you will see to 2 tuners highlight one and press ok.

If tuner a is connected to you motor and ill assume you motor is usuals compatible then set it up as

Config mode = simple
Mode = Positioner

Then enter you coordinates.

Tuner b lets assume this is fixed dish

Config mode = simple
Mode = Single

Then choose the sat position you want and save.

If you let us know your exact dish/dishes config then we can advice further.

I changed the settings on Tuner B to what you advised....And it looks like It's worked......Fingers crossed.
