Vlc Player for Balckhole?

Where can I get vlc player ipk to install on blackhole image. I can't find it on any of the plugin servers.

Install the Tspanel plugin then you should be able to download it from there.

Thanks, I downloaded and installed TSPanel 3.6 but still can't find vlc player. I found it on Tunisiat STb addons but it says its not compatible or not found. I would appreciate any help. Thanks. I would have installed a backup image that has vlc player but I like to customize my configuration, settings etc.
