So with my box, flashed factory firmware, then for good measure a factory reset. Flashed 1.14 back on it. Box still after 10 minutes or so randomly just goes into like a power saving mode.
The hdmi cable was plugged into a hdmi extender at the back of TV. Removed that. Still switched off.
Now I've switched the hdmi cable to see if it gets any better. Next step will be switch hdmi inputs and also start disconnecting hdmi devices. May even plug it into my JBL instead of the TV to see if that improves.
Just thinking something is causing it. I know when I have issues with the TV reverting to use TV speakers instead of the JBL, if I disconnect the hdmi cable on the viark then the TV is able to route sound back to the JBL. Normally I would switch the TV,viark and JBL off and on just to get the sound back and working.
Starting to drive me mad.

You can turn adult content on or off to start with amongst many other things.
And how does it link to your account?
My box has been factory reset with manufacturers fw. Went to version 1.14 and still the box is knocking off when it feels like it. Changed the hdmi cable, changed hdmi inputs. Tried putting it in my soundbar hdmi in. But it still knocks off.
At this point, I'm at a loss as to why it's doing it.while the box itself is pretty crap. Fw not great. It did serve a purpose. It was fine to watch your fav channels.
Either get a new box. Probably go with something different. I don't think I would buy another viark just with this experience.

Have you tried another power supply ?
