SLY DE Channels do change color with PT1.13 but do not work .

Look in the server section anything different even been able to see which server it connects to be me an indication if server 1.40 can be added.

i left it on a sly DE Channel for quite some time but now sly DE channels are no longer change color .
All others do change and work fine .

At the moment, I believe that forever server and forever pro server are identical, except that the pro version, at the same cost, will clear some 4K channels. I am waiting for further clarification.

i activated SERVER SP1 ( Europe Only) i have PT 1.13 S/w loaded .
everything was fine but Chipset sadly does not support Sky DE
therefor dark screen still .....awaiting some further news / updates .

I have contacted the dealer, and response was.

General problem in some devices delayed activation. Since the server expiration date is displayed correctly, don't worry.

You should figure out if pack is really working at the moment you write, to be sure it's not your box issue or a general problem.

On chipset hi3798 and last firmare (ForeverPro.im.139) seems not to be working now on my boxes
(I did two renew SP2 recently)

As mentioned VIARK SAT 4K Chipset is simply not compatible for sly.de
So there is nothing whatsoever can be done to change that fact i'm afraid .
