if his upgrade hasn't work proper this is no fault of any members on here or this forum,not the best way going about looking for help.if any member here could help his upgrade problem they would be happy to.the forum is all about sharing information and staying within the rules.

Hi i tried with my viark sat only renewed in sept but it didn't work for me,you could try it, it didn't effect my current forever all i got was message back saying

This SN has been actived more than 6 months and can not change.

not heard from anyone that it has worked with renew i have the feeling we might need more than a year left on original forever as it cuts down your remaining time left on your box by 1 year going by other posts on here.

going by this line you would like to think it would work

1. (If you renewed in the recent months or renew now, you will get Sp1/Sp1 so Sky channels already included, so you do not need to do anything)

I hope this means recent months is us and the upgrade is being done within but hasn't been applied yet in our viark thats why we get error message.just a guess

Might require VIP Access only and since you are in EU that will not be happening : )
Bein sports & MAX 1-10 no longer change colors @ 19.2 East
perhaps someone with VIP Access can check see if those channels can open with VIP ?

Yes work with VIP but on @ 26 East & @ 7 West
