OK, so apologies for the delay in replying.

Thank you all for your suggestions as I can report some success.

So I did the reupdate of SW version 1.14 and now it states that "PT Connected"
and my original forever channels clearing again and my expiry date back to 2025.

However, my additional feature when you choose IPTV in the Apps Menu is not
working as it did before and states "failed". So I have one feature back and other
is still not working.

I now wonder if I do have to upgrade to SP2 to get the IPTV feature working again.

Strange that my box just disconnected during all of these new updates and I didn't
request a change or upgrade.

If the Iptv is something you would use then for the extra €6 cost between SP1 and SP2 would be worthwhile

I wonder if Barney can answer this sure he was some big ass dish's. I got a 1.3m that i sometimes set up and can often get something like 600+ channels in northern England. It might be worth digging the dish out the shed early next year.

The IPTV that came with your box expires before the Sat channels.

If your expiry date is 2025 then you have not had it long. I think the IPTV was 6 months from purchase.

Glad it's back, that iptv is crap afaik so no loss lol

The question is: can the vip package been activated when the location is "europe" ? ...the charging site is
looking up for your box in the net ;)

Btw. what is so important on Sp1 to standard PT(new purchased box) ,only Sly DE and the atm down UK pendant?

Thank you. The IPTV is not too bad actually and is very useful if you encounter signal
loss due to heavy rain whilst watching something. Switch to IPTV and continue going...

It has it's uses...lol

Think ours is an 85cm Fracarro Penta and it only pulls a few Arab news channels on 26e. We're Leeds Bradford way. Would love a bigger dish but no chance getting it past our lass 🤣

Because English is my first spoken language the Audio feature allows me to switch
from German to English when using the Sly DE channels.

Obviously from my point of view I would love it if Sly UK eventually works as well as Sly DE with these
new sub options.

Based on the posts in this thread it appears that Sly UK is still a work in progress.

guys whats the frequencey of the bein sports that are open on 26.e i will try my 1.85m dish on them,but i doubt i will get a signal,but never know.

Add another meter and you might get lucky😂

Sure I read a chap up in Newcastle has Bein on a Channel Master 1.2M.

Must be zero rain margin though.

ok,yes its a bargain ,but question is what is cheaper : a new box or an old with you have to update with an
Sp1 code to get those sly channels....got a outdated Viark Combo with rc!! for less from my e-scrap collector...updated
saturday with Sp1,(30€),four satellites ...not equal to any language,everybody will find something
