unable to update cam from 2.2to 2.3

can anyone assist.unable to update my cam.have switched off my firewall ,but still says no internet connection.

I had somewhat similar problem ----make sure ther is no punctuation marks or any strange abbeviations in your name--although it processed my credit card details with an(') in it.The download server does not accept these characters according to the email I received from the italian server
