Unable to access 127.0.0.1 (localhost)

Hello,
I have DM800, Gemini 5.1, CCcam 2.1.4, Windows 98 and everything is OK, exception I am not able to access 127.0.0.1 (localhost) and therefore I can not use CCcamPHPINFO that I could monitor the condition of connected servers and so on. It worked it good for me a few days ago. Everything other is working fine. Ping for localhost is under 1 ms or lesser. And all another informatin in related files such as "Hosts" file seems to be also correct (127.0.0.1 localhost.domain) Please can you tell me what could be the problem in? Rather than use loopback why not try the actual IP of the receiver !

It can not help me to open CCcamPHPINFO that I need for monitoring Cccam activiies.

CCcamPHPINFO will work also with dns address or IP not just loopback. Not sure im with you when you say it can not help me to open.
