Tvi Internacional on Hispasat 30.0 deg West

Hi, did the frequency or biss key of Tvi Internacional on hispasat 30deg West, change, on the north American beam? According to lyngsat, the frequency and symbol rate remain unchanged: 11 972, 27 500, H. However, all I get is a black screen ever since 2 days ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes the Europe Beam transmission moved here, I would assume from what you have said that the Americas Beam transmission has moved freq / tp also.
