"$" TV Channel Scrambling

I Think A Channel With "$" is Scrambled and It Can Not Be Seen on PC. And A Channel Without "$" in Not Scrambled/ Unscrambled.

And The Channel Without "$" Sign Can Be Played Directly With VLC/KMPlayer/----- ,
We Don't Need Any Decryption.

Okay, I Recorded A UnScrambled TS File from STB. And It Runs Smoothly on PC & I Encoded The TS File to MP4 with No Problem.

But The Main Problem is To De-Scramble the Scrambled Channel.

THE "$" SYMBOL Simply indicates that the Channel is Scrambled / Encrypted
that does not mean however it can be opened without valid subscription card and Sat box from Broadcaster .
IT All totally depends on the Encryption methods used
and whether or not that particular channel and/or Encryption is Broken/Hacked , it certainly will not play just by recording a sample and Played Directly With VLC/KMPlayer the Video Stream first must be decoded if even that is possible .
So i would ask the same question as above ..
Is there a question somewhere??
and do you even have any information at all of what your trying to decode ?? what Satellite/Freq would be a good start

LIKE I SAID ALREADY.. IT All totally depends on the Encryption methods are used and IF These Mysterious channel/s can be opened or not , AND AGAIN I ASK ..Is there a question somewhere??
WITH Zero information whatsoever that you provide i really do not see how its possible to give you any answer/s or solutions that you seek !
Sorry but unless you do finally tell us what your trying to decode ?? what Satellites/Freq etc.. this just seems like a total waste of time .

you will not be able to view any those channels without Valid Sub Card and Box .
