tuner failed

DM800 sim 2.01 ssl81,used to be working perfectly, tuner fails very often and needs to disconnect and reconnect the cable from diecq to signal appear each time.
dish setting, tunner setting are ok. calbe seems to ne healthy.
receiver to dish almost 40 meter, is it tuner issue that doesn't send enogh power to LNB or some thing else.
box and tuner are cool enough with intenal fan.

can be 40 mtr are problem, but -I think- your tuner is not okay.
test it with another box.
if it`s okay, so change your dream-tuner.

40 meter is a long run for the small output of the 800, it may be a idea to run ct125 heavy duty coax.

One other thing you mention is to correct it you remove cable for diseqc ! Do you mean a switch ?

If so try a new switch.

You can also activate extra voltage in your antenna setting.

Will be a good Idea to insert a line amplifier halfway or near the diseqC output cable.

it used to work with the same cable more than a year.
Yap I mean switch.8 to 1. I have changed it already.
i connected the box to a single LNB too, it worked for 1 day, then I had to removed and reconnect each time to get signal.
I have tried different drivers, images. box works near to the dishes perfectly.
I increased voltage to 1100mv in configuration too. didnot helped

If changeing the switch (as Ferret recommended) did not help,
Then it could be an electonic component in the box or power supply.
You need the box looked at.

Could be the signal thats weak and dropping off at times or a coax connection issue
