You have to parse the ts file to see if it is a director or DCII. Because every site says one thing.

Well,the point is you have a TS file,can easily relay on your own investigation to find out what encryption is in use,right?

Why would you believe what others say? look yourself at the file you posted,and make your own conclusion.

Or....post the file in this other sites and ask all the questions when you don't want to believe the answers given in this forum.
Or even better,before posting it here.

Trying to teach others how to analyze a TS when oneself in unable to do it is a bit offensive.
Sorry if some things come across rude when people do not want to accept the answers given.

This is the part in PMT packet that describe the CA in use :
09 04 47 49 E0 29 ....find out who belongs CA id 4749 and you will get your answer

This happens when you parse the TS file,you find out a truth or two.
