transedit problem+ win7

have following problem. i made a new installation of windows 7, added this time service pack 1. running on tbs card - configured csa, video codec pack, running on diverse dvb players.
but after running tbs blindscan tool i tried to analyze feeds with transedit but i can not open preview option - and i can not watch channels with transedit. tried different version.
what u think? is it problem becose of sp1 or is it an option of transedit i forgot about? how to enable channel watching - codecs are shown in preview setting.

You can only watch not unscrambled preview ....

10x for the reply but u didnt get it right. i CAN NOT WATCH A CHANNEL AT ALL. Becose preview option is DISABLED/NOT ACTIV. with previous windows it was activ and i watched free channels as u said. any idea how to activate it?
