vPlugserver is using Softcam.Key:

But it doesn't find the keys for ORF:

I can't see any failed data for TNT Sat. Post some more log for a channel which is not working.

You don't have the SIDs for all TNT Sat channels in the 030B00 'Card' data:

Probably easiest just to delete all 'Good SIDs'. That will work.

i think today no tntsat file can work in diablo cam unless the underworld dev team implement something like oscam.dvbapi file in the firmware cam. As far as i know, cams cannot handle and filter between various PID:SID in the ECM stream, they take the first incoming one in their decryption algorithm. By that manner clearing a channel become a pure coincidence as confirmed by past users report.
Unfortunately in those days the cams development teams are in standby and this is another story...

All that open with Funcard is Ria 13 East at the moment. Look in Funcard files section for file and use your programmer to load file on card.
