Hi sarfaaz184,

Check the Power Supply from your Box.
Sometimes the power supplies do not immediately die, but first give out only a few voltage.
Sometimes the box is still running, but is out too little voltage for the 14/18 Volt switching - and then comes 0 Volt to the LNB !

Hello sarfraaz184,

In addition to what saitek wrote,
Did you change the image on the internal flash or try to do online update?

Some images give this error because of a wrong driver.
I had this problem recently after doing an online update and the problem got solved by replacing the image with another one.

Try this,

Check your box bootloader.
Refalsh the box with an older image.
Reload the bootloader that was shown on your box when conecting power supply.
Reboot box.

Load any image from last year,
followed by the bootloader and see what happens.
