TM9100s problems!!!

Hi, I've some problem I put the original image on, when I try to put a new image on (UR image), does all the job nut when I reboot the box get stacked on the main screen, now I don't know what to do, I can download anything from the original image I tried, I just need cccam for that, but on the other hand I cant put a new image any help? I had the same problem a couple of years ago and from what I remember I replaced that image with ds 4.0 image then after that I was able to load other images
