TM 5402 HD slow startup

Hi guys
Replaced Power Supply on TM 5402 HD. Now working but slow to start up. When switched on four dashes stay on display for about 50 seconds before it starts. Any feedback most welcome
was it an official psu from technomate? if so then contact them to see if they can advise you.. maybe the spec on the psu,s have changed. its just guesswork on my part m8 but i think the people at tm could give you a concrete answer/advise,regards mdt
