Timer on my Vu+Duo and BH image

Last night everything was alright before going to bed but when i restarted it this morning i found this and i can't see any picture on it,not even FTA.Here is a pic of the timer...

Do i have to re-flash my V+ to get ride of the timer?

I would just reflash it if you have any configs inside see if you can still ftp to the box and back them up first

or try a factory reset first
