thor and intelsat

can someone tell me if there is a difference between intelsat 1 degree west and thor 3 .08 degree west and if so would i have to re align my fixed dish to get both.I have an echolink 3020 it plus and on sattelite list i cannot find both of above sattelites but am missing some chnnels like sportklub rom.any info would be gratefully appreciated
