stuck on starting........

just flashed my friends duo box, with a new image. its now stuck with a message saying"starting" any help please. the image was vix

reflash it again,when its finished remove the usb stick

reflashed it, still the same. am i doing it right.... open the files till you see the 3files, send them all to the usb ?

Is it a genuine box ?
If yes has it had the CFE update ?
