what part of Nigeria? Because i also stay in nija and i have all these signals. ASTRA 19E, HOTBIRD 13E, ASTRA 23E, EUROBIRD 25.5E, BADR 26E......... THOR SAT 0.8E ETC. maybe i can help u with some facts, but definitely you need a big dish.

u can also get nilesat in some parts of NAIJA depends on who sets up ur Dish 4 u n which part of naija u r.
if it's northern Naija u aint got too many problems with dish size but the farther south u go, the bigger ur dish has to be to be able to access the satellite channel

It seems the STRONG receiver is no more in vogue for watching scrambled channels unlike receivers such as STARSAT & ECHOLINK. There is always an update available posted by the marokino8 and tani1. See for yourself. Consider having another receiver.
