Starview 9600 caci help sat!

Hi does anyone know how to get a starview 9600 caci to work in the uk with a dish pointed to 28.2 east..i get the free channels but not the others any help is appreciated.

or if someone can sell me a line whos the best person to go with as the box is a starview

ive sorted it now.. all working hd channels, movies, sport and asian zee tv, cinema etc
