Starsat 7100CU Super upgrade error "ASH"

I'm trying to upgrade but i get error code "ASH" (or "A5H") on Starsat screen.
How can i fix this so i can upgrade the receiver?

marokino08 thanks for your answer. With loader Upgrade 2.0.0b i don't have the option ALL CHUNK, i have UPGRADE and DATA DUMP.
I tried with both UPGRADE and DATA DUMP and i got this "Open Serial Port..Sync to serial port..Target not connect or target is error status!".
At the same time on starsat screen i got "ASH".
I'm i doing something wrong?

verify the cable between receiver and pc .

try this firmware with the same loader of marokino08 and alchunk .

I've just upgraded an SR-X650CI so it's not a cable problem.
With loader v2.0.0b (and also v5.8) i don't have option for alchunk.
As i said before, when i press connect i get "Open Serial Port..Sync to serial port.." and a few seconds later on i get "ASH" on starsat (same happens with all .bin files i tried).
