SSS adult channel is down!

The sss Adult channel (Satisfaction)is down for about 5 days now software needed urgently!!!

which channel is sss adult. cant seem to find any channel listed as such even though i use starsat with abracadabra and i can access nilesat and hotbird. pls help

SSS Adult is on Hotbird 13 degree East Frequency is 11727 symbol rate is 27500 vertical.when you scan it comes out as S1 S2 -S8 only the Abra card can decrypt it.
