SR problem on CTech 2100

Hi,

I am trying to update the transponder list for Hispasat 30W with the new transponders for the MEO provider. The idea is to try to use my official subscription card on the CTech, because the STB provided by them does not allow any other channels to be seen. The smartcard slot is supposed to work with SECA cards.
The problem is that the CTech 2100 does not seem to accept the Signal Rate for the transponders, which is 30000. Most other transponders on Hispa are 22000 or 27500. I tried editing a ndf, and the transponders appear after transfer, but the SR is wrong. It either stays at 27500 or 28120 (weird...). The result is no signal. I checked the ndf after editing and it is correct: 30000 SR, not 27500 or 28120.

The transponder are 12012, 12052 and 12092, all Horizontal. Lyngsat has them listed at 30000.
I tried on a CTech 2100 and a 2100+, and the same happens. Does anyone know if these models have some sort of limit to the SR allowed?
Thanks.
