Has anyone ever managed to view these feeds on 30°W?
It's several transponders such as 11615H and 12631V that carry several Retevision streams (each a Spanish digital terrestrial multiplex feed at ~19Mbps).
I remember a few years back some people used to be able to receive them with certain boxes and PC cards but they then encrypted in BISS. I'd really like to be able to watch channels like TVE1 and TVE2.
It just seems a little odd seeing as most BISS encrypted channels seem to become open very quickly. Is there something special about these ones? I know there are special 'TDT SAT' receivers but they're restricted heavily to people in Spain who have no terrestrial reception; and have to be installed by an Abertis-approved specialist.
