some broblems on dm800

hello
i bought new dm800 i faced some broblems
i cant put nifi on usb stick via flashwizard becaus no usb seen on flashwizard
i cant play dvd file avi and cd file on hard disk it play mkv file very well
pleas solve my problems i use nabilo 9

Flash wizard don't work with engima2!
use Barry allen
dm 800 dont support AVI

thanks for reply now new problem is i put an indian dth mpeg4 big tv card picture is ok but no adio please solve this anothere problem
