smartDvb on Win7

i've just installed smartDvb latest on Win7 and skystar2 as I do on XP sp3
i put all the needed drivers/codec as CLDV pack or DriverPack 1.2.1, (CyberLink PDVD 6 installed)

but opening my smartDVB says : error connecting smart filter to decoder video imput 0x80040207:mecry:

what to do?
