smargo set up
hi I'm trying to get my smargo working with this image Dream Elite sim201-SSL76d-nwde10hdPrzedition-dm800-20101224 but without any luck tried a few cfg files still wont detect my sky card.

had smargo working with old dreamelite image DreamEliteBH-124-DM800-2010405 before but no luck with it now using this image.

i have enabled kernel modlule ftdi in blue panel still wont pick my card up.

just had a reply on dreamelite forum and they said

"Please read the rules. No support to c l o n e!!!

so does that mean we cant use our smargo with this image.
its a shame if thats the case as its a very good image.

If you can run image on your clone ,you can use smargo too.They dont support means they dont answer question for clone owners.Put your smargo config here ,without your own personal details so some one can help you out

i cant get my smartgo to work either.

i have

SERIAL READER : /dev/ttyUSB1 smartreader+

in my cccam file, and the reader plugged into the top usb slot on my dm800. i dont understand how i can ask the db if the it can see the reader, so im using cccaminfo to quiz the cam, which returns nothing.

im guessing the 1 in my line reflects the top usb slot but i have tried everything else as well. the reader is at 1,3 and im using peterpan 2.2 which claims to have smargo support from build

just copy and paste this into your url and change the ip to your receivers ip http://192.168.0.?.:16001/entitlements then you should see your card or you will see,no or unknown card inserted.

What is the smargo itself set at Dreambox or Normal ?

Whatever you have it set at change it to the oposite.

ok got mines to work i unplugged it then plugged it back in it started working.

i used the dream elite cfg file worked fine.
