Smargo config for redlight

I have BH image , trying to get smargo to work with the redlight card ident 0500:043800, what is the config please for smargo ?
It works fine on the internal readers but not on smargo.

Question:
/dev/ttyUSB0 is this for the back of the box ? as I just cant get it to work.
My smargo is the older blue one, it works as the green led comes on
