Skybox F5 My problem

I just have a my problem is it from lcd tv or from Skybox f5 i don't know i want to ask you maybe someone can say something about my problem .. i am using 2xout lnb and both going different lcd tv for turksat 42e my problem is some on SD channels you know there is news channels and also has news tape under screen going left way so i have seen strays the news write's not same every channel but there is a vibration under of screen on some SD channel but about HD no problem only white the write's and vibration's i really can't fix my problem i checked info page using 23.01.2013 software .. is that reason.. i add manual turksat 42e in sat list and
my settings
universal: 9750 10600
position no&save: unoption
diseqc 1.0: port 1
diseqc 1.1: disable
22k :unoption
motor type : disable
,is the 22k important should i active it if so how i can active i really worked long time but i can't active it when checked channel detail page looks 22k off is that important option for quality pic.. i hope someone can understand my problem thanks so much

maybe could be hz rate to skybox f5 i saw there is 1080i 25hz and 1080i 30 hz option on some receivers(like skybox x5 etc.)but there is no this option to skybox f5 why i hope next time come with new upgrade am i right my idea thanks
