Not Yet , but for sure Will be lot of SD stopping very soon big plans are in place soon for BBC/ITV SD before end of this month .

may be the price the bbc is going to charge for a tv licence there should be doing 4k chanels buy now so should the other chanels ie 4 and 5 chanels and others as well

Yes im realy no undrestend why he still used SD.
In UK he made this change made more 5 year ago no now ... .NOw is time to change to 4k and H265 .

I think this chanell who is now SD free will be free in HD version too.

They already have Been FTA in 1080p HD for years both BBC and ITV channels .

hopefully they'll make the itv +1 channels HD as well

No the +1 channels will be gone there is no plans to clutter up even more Transponder Space with unwanted +1 channels
companies like BBC And ITV will be looking at ways to cut costs and the Removal of +1 channels would be #1 priority to get rid of as quickly as possible and Yes BBC needs a UHD channel as does ITV and Ch4 & Ch5 even Sky Movie UHD quite sure once the removal of SD is done
they will begin commercial marketing of UHD which already should have been done years ago we should already be in the 8K era by now : ) :LOL: :rolleyes:
