Skin.xml for Vu+Duo
FOR: Dream Elite Vu+ Duo BH Multiboot Black Shadow Skin Fix display: When a BS skin is installed, the display is no sender.
Simply skins.xml in: / replace usr/share/enigma2/BlackShadow enigma, and then restart does the lcd display correctly.
