SIM CARD to CONNECT GPRS NETWORK

I have a Skybox f4 with GPRS and i have a unlimited data-internet service in my SIM CARD, it is TELCEL MEXICO, when i plug it and active the GPRS network i restart the box, but it doesn't show IP, mask, etc, only says: GPRS OK.

Any idea to solve?
