hello what best img you are used in flash

i have db 7000S with
HDD for VCR & USB / CF for multiboot img

with
b1_10.boxman-03 01 2010.img in flash

in use with ccam 213 on cs
sif team 194 in usb = multi crash freeze bloock
sif team 194 C in usb = multi crash
