Sic International on NSS 806 (40.5 deg. West)

Hi all, I've been having a difficult time finding the correct keys on the internet, for Sic International on NSS 806. I keep getting a black screen on this channel, after trying the keys posted on the internet. Below are the values that I'm using for this channel.

Sid: 0516:
PMT: 0101
ECM: 1FFF
Keys: 2F xx xx E7 xx xx xx D6

Are these values incorrect?

Sorry, forgot to mention that I'm using an Openbox S9 receiver.
