Hi guys I need help. I set up my TM2200 motor on TM 5200 Super but I am having a problem. My location ref are: Elevation 29.8, Lat: 51.6 and long:0.2 and the postcode of the location is RM3 (Romford).
the box has been configured with these referrences but I am confused because the position 0 on the Motor coresponds with freesats satelite which is 28.2 degree; and when I command the box to go the sky (Freesat) I lose the signal as the motor moves away from the position O degree which is the reference position. I can't even find hotbird and I don't know what I am doing wrong. Please help!!!

i presume that you are using usuals for your motor setting.goto reference = goto true south.
if you have elevation o.k. ie you can recieve freesat 28.2e ok.
one way is to select 28.2 east, let your motor move to this position. this is where you loose signal. move the motor mount on the pole to the west until you see service on 28.2e.
when this is done you can finely adjust the motor mounting for strongest signal.all satellites should be ok after this. as by doing this your dish motor goto reference should now be at app. true south.
hope this helps.

To be sure your dish can track the arc properly your dish pole must be plumb vertical then the best satellite to set up on is 1west as it's the nearest satellite to true south. Use www.dishpointer.com to help you aim your dish.
