I use an old Xeon server running Debian 9 that delivers via IPTV over LAN.
3x TechniSat SkyStar 2 PCI - Great cards. Work well with Linux and tune well with no issues at all. Only downside is DVB-S only.
2x Technotrend S2-3200 PCI - Great cards but have a few issues under Linux. Sometimes fail to lock-on despite good signal. Cannot be used for tuning as the driver does not return any value. Other than that they are excellent value DVB-S2 cards.
1x Hauppauge WinTV Nova HD S2 PCI - Drivers and firmware need to be manually installed. Works fine for DVB-S but I have not got it to work for DVB-S2. It's either non-functional or requires a incredibly strong signal to lock. Has similar tuning problem as S2-3200 but instead only returns the AGC value.
