Running wires in walls - will cutting the wire and then using connectors decline signal quality?

I am running wires to about 4 rooms in my house, there is plastic pipes in the walls and I will run the cables in these.

There are boxes where the pipes meet from all the rooms, and they combine into 1 single plastic tube to go to the server room.

My question is - if i cut the rg6 cables, and crimp on the connectors, and then use couplers to interconnect them in these boxes, will that decrease or affect signal quality at all?
