Rotating Dish Help

I have a rotating dish 1.1m with a twin LNB installed on a pole and a DM500S, I can receive hotbird perfectly both signals 90% and BER 0 and even most of the east channel the problem is I cant receive 19.2E and all the west channels any help pls?

did you set the dish to 1 west from the start if not you will have problem with other satelite positions / hotbird is a easy saterlite to pick up with a 1.1 but if you have not got the dish set up on 1 west then you could get problems . it happen to me when my dish was moved i had to set the whole thing up again starting from 1 west,( that is you are in the uk ) good luck.
