Regarding the new Nemessis patch

Dear Friends.
Is it possible to install the last Image for the Nemessis 2.3 SVN-91/ ssl82 on my DM800HD? I have the nemessis 2.1 ssl76D instaled, can I replace it with this new Nemessis?
What is the meening of the SVN " 78 & 81 & 83 & 90 & 91 " ?
