record on hdd

i can not record on hdd!!!
Pres red buton, than add recording ,but ( In order to record a timer,the TV was switched the recording service)
Every time send my on Timer for waiting and i delete every time timer bookmark ,but not work
Can not add & stop record
Please help!

Hi mate

Have you initialize the hardrive?

Also if you ftp no do you have a movie folder at /media/hdd/movie

if not make one then reboot and try a recording again.
